sind KPIs?<\/h3>\n<p>KPIs sind die kritischen (Schl\u00fcssel-)Indikatoren f\u00fcr den Fortschritt in Richtung eines beabsichtigten Ergebnisses. Allgemein geht es in der Logistik um Ziele wie schnelle und kosteng\u00fcnstige Lieferf\u00e4higkeit, hohe Qualit\u00e4t in der logistischen Abwicklung, Kostenreduktion zum Beispiel der Kapitalbindung durch schnellere Warenverf\u00fcgbarkeit und weniger Lagerbestand. Solche Zielstellungen erfordern Entscheidungen \u00fcber potenziell hohe Investitionsvolumen, wenn es etwa um Standortentscheidungen, Mitarbeiter oder eingesetzte Lagertechnik und den Automatisierungsgrad geht<\/p>\n<p>Auf strategischer Ebene erm\u00f6glichen Kennzahlen daher Kosten-Nutzen-Entscheidungen, bilden Grundlagen f\u00fcr Investitionsanalysen und ROI-Ermittlungen und helfen, das Risiko unternehmerischer Entscheidungen zu bewerten.<\/p>\n<p>Das Management mit Hilfe von KPIs umfasst die Festlegung von:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ziele (das gew\u00fcnschte Leistungsniveau) und die Verfolgung der Fortschritte im Vergleich zu diesem Ziel. Managen mit KPIs bedeutet oft, dass man an der Verbesserung von<\/li>\n<li>Vorlaufende Indikatoren, die sp\u00e4ter die nachlaufenden Leistungen vorantreiben werden.
