Unternehmen, die regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Waren au\u00dferhalb der EU exportieren, k\u00f6nnen “zugelassene Ausf\u00fchrer” werden. Um zugelassener Ausf\u00fchrer zu werden, muss das Unternehmen bei dem jeweilig zust\u00e4ndigen Zollamt einen Antrag stellen, und festgelegte Kriterien erf\u00fcllen. Das Hauptzollamt pr\u00fcft in regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Abst\u00e4nden, ob das Unternehmen weiterhin diese Kriterien erf\u00fcllt und die Bewilligung eingehalten hat.<\/p>\n

Zugelassene Ausf\u00fchrer k\u00f6nnen vereinfachte Zollanmeldungen beantragen, was zu einfacheren Ausfuhrverfahren und dem Entfallen der Gestellung bei der Ausfuhrzollstelle f\u00fchrt. Au\u00dferdem, k\u00f6nnen Sie das Ausfuhrbegleitdokument<\/a> (ABD) selbst ausdrucken. Die Deklaration Ihrer Waren ist an die zust\u00e4ndige Ausfuhrzollstelle zu richten, wo die Ware aufgegeben wird. Dort werden die Waren gepr\u00fcft und ein Ausfuhrbegleitdokument (ABD) erstellt. Dieses Dokument muss Ihre Waren bis zur Ausgangszollstelle an der Au\u00dfengrenze der Europ\u00e4ischen Union begleiten. F\u00fcr den Versand der Waren in ein Land au\u00dferhalb der EU brauchen Sie des weiteren eine vollst\u00e4ndig ausgef\u00fcllte Zollinhaltserkl\u00e4rung (CN-22 oder CN-23, je nach G\u00fcterart). Dazu brauchen Sie noch eine Ausfuhranmeldung, wenn der Rechnungswert der Sendung \u00fcber 1.000 \u20ac betr\u00e4gt oder das Gewicht der Sendung 1.000 kg \u00fcberschreitet.<\/p>\n

Ausfuhranmeldung beantragen<\/h3>\n

Alle Ausfuhranmeldungen innerhalb der Europ\u00e4ischen Union d\u00fcrfen nur noch elektronisch abgegeben werden. F\u00fcr die Abwicklung dieses Verfahrens m\u00fcssen sie das \u201cAutomated Export System\u201d (AES) System der EU nutzen. In Deutschland hei\u00dft diese Plattform ATLAS-Ausfuhr.<\/p>\n

Je nach Menge der ausgef\u00fchrten Waren gibt es verschiedene M\u00f6glichkeiten, Ausfuhranmeldungen f\u00fcr den gewerblichen Versand abzugeben:<\/p>\n

    F\u00fcr Waren mit Wert von 1.000 \u20ac – 3.000 \u20ac k\u00f6nnen Ausfuhranmeldungen direkt an den Ausgangszoll gesendet werden. Anschlie\u00dfend best\u00e4tigt die Ausgangszollstelle den Abgang der Waren aus dem Zollgebiet der EU. Somit gilt das Verfahren als abgeschlossen. Als Nachweis f\u00fcr die Umsatzsteuerr\u00fcckerstattung k\u00f6nnen Exporteure sich das Ausgangsformular von der Ausfuhrzollstelle ausstellen lassen.<\/p>\n

    Zollgeb\u00fchren sind steuerliche Abgaben, die auf alle Produkte aus Nicht-EU-L\u00e4ndern erhoben werden. Diese Geb\u00fchren richten sich nicht nach dem Land oder der Person, die das Paket verschickt oder bestellt hat, sondern nur nach dem bestellten Artikel und dessen Wert. Die Zollgeb\u00fchren sollen m\u00f6gliche Vorteile, die durch wegfallende Steuern aus anderen L\u00e4ndern entstehen k\u00f6nnen, ausgleichen.<\/p>\n

    Warenwert: bis zu 22 \u20ac<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Bei einem Warenwert von bis zu 22 \u20ac sind keine Steuern zu zahlen.<\/p>\n

    Unabh\u00e4ngig von der Person des Versenders und des Empf\u00e4ngers sind alle Sendungen von Waren, deren Gesamtwert nicht h\u00f6her ist als EUR 22, einfuhrabgabefrei. [..] Ma\u00dfgebend f\u00fcr die Feststellung der Wertgrenze [..] ist der Rechnungsendpreis, Hinzurechnungen oder Abz\u00fcge finden nicht statt. Das hei\u00dft, dass z.B. Portokosten einbezogen werden, wenn Sie im Rechnungspreis enthalten sind.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

    Warenwert: \u00fcber 22 \u20ac bis 150 \u20ac<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Sollte der Warenwert 22 \u20ac \u00fcbersteigen, ist Mehrwertsteuer auf den Warenwert zu entrichten. Sofern sich der Warenwert unterhalb 150 \u20ac befindet, ist die Ware zollfrei.<\/p>\n

    Warenwert: \u00fcber 150 \u20ac<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    \u00dcbersteigt der Wert der Waren 150 \u20ac, so sind die Waren nicht mehr zollfrei. Neben der Mehrwertsteuer ist noch zus\u00e4tzlich ein prozentualer Zollsatz auf den Wert des Kaufpreises (inkl. den Versandkosten) zu bezahlen. Die Tarife variieren je nach Produkt<\/a>. Allerdings sind nicht alle Produkte zollpflichtig und viele sind davon befreit.<\/p>\n

    Mehrwertsteuer<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    Beim Warenimport wird die g\u00fcltige Mehrwertsteuer auf den Gesamtkaufpreis berechnet.
