Januar 2022 gilt f\u00fcr den Warenversand aus und nach Gro\u00dfbritannien eine Einigung, die am 27. April 2021 von dem Europaparlament verabschiedet worden ist. Das Abkommen sieht eine Vorzugsbehandlung von Waren aus Gro\u00dfbritannien vor, sodass alle Waren mit Ursprung in Gro\u00dfbritannien bei der Einfuhr in die EU steuerfrei sind. Nicht alle Waren aus Gro\u00dfbritannien k\u00f6nnen in die Europ\u00e4ische Union zollfrei eingef\u00fchrt werden, sondern nur jene, die den im Abkommen festgelegten Ursprungsregeln entsprechen. Diese Ursprungsregeln basieren auf einen bestimmten Verarbeitungsgrad, der in Gro\u00dfbritannien erfolgt sein muss.<\/p>\n Versender, die Waren mit Ursprung EU\/Gro\u00dfbritannien nach Gro\u00dfbritannien versenden und von einer zollfreien Abfertigung profitieren wollen, m\u00fcssen auf der Handelsrechnung eine Ursprungserkl\u00e4rung andrucken.<\/p>\n Die Ursprungserkl\u00e4rung muss im Original (mit Klarschrift und Firmenstempel) unterschrieben werden, wenn der Ausf\u00fchrer kein \u201eerm\u00e4chtigter Ausf\u00fchrer” ist (also vom Hauptzollamt eine Bewilligung zur Januar 2022 vollst\u00e4ndig durch das neue UKCA-Label ersetzt werden. Dieser Zeitraum wurde jedoch um ein Jahr verl\u00e4ngert. Daher gilt die \u00dcbergangsfrist f\u00fcr die Verwendung der CE-Kennzeichnung bis zum 31.
