\u00e4r IOSS och varf\u00f6r inf\u00f6rdes det?","heading_level":"2","heading_style":"h3","text_about":"<p>IOSS st\u00e5r f\u00f6r Import One-Stop Shop, en s\u00e4rskild momsordning som <a href=\"https:\/\/vat-one-stop-shop.ec.europa.eu\/index_en\">inf\u00f6rdes av EU den 1 juli 2021<\/a>. I samband med detta togs det tidigare undantaget f\u00f6r importmoms p\u00e5 varor under 22 euro bort. Syftet med IOSS \u00e4r att f\u00f6renkla momsredovisningen f\u00f6r distansf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljning av fysiska varor till konsumenter inom EU. Det inneb\u00e4r att f\u00f6retag som s\u00e4ljer varor till ett v\u00e4rde upp till 150 EUR (cirka 1 600 kr) direkt till kunder i andra EU-l\u00e4nder kan deklarera och betala momsen via ett enda system, ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att hantera moms i varje enskilt land.<\/p>\n<p>Innan IOSS och de nya momsreglerna inf\u00f6rdes beh\u00f6vde e-handlare h\u00e5lla reda p\u00e5 olika tr\u00f6skelv\u00e4rden f\u00f6r varje EU-land och eventuellt momsregistrera sig i flera l\u00e4nder. Dessutom slapp varor med l\u00e5gt v\u00e4rde (&lt;22 EUR) tidigare helt importmoms, vilket gav utl\u00e4ndska n\u00e4tbutiker en konkurrensf\u00f6rdel och innebar att staten gick miste om skatteint\u00e4kter. Import One-Stop Shop inf\u00f6rdes f\u00f6r att skapa r\u00e4ttvisare konkurrens och se till att moms betalas p\u00e5 alla varor som skickas till EU, samtidigt som processen g\u00f6rs smidigare f\u00f6r seri\u00f6sa f\u00f6retag.<\/p>\n<p>Med IOSS kan s\u00e4ljaren ta ut k\u00f6parens lokala moms redan vid k\u00f6pet och redovisa denna centralt. Detta skiljer sig fr\u00e5n tidigare d\u00e5 antingen kunden fick betala momsen vid leverans (ofta tillsammans med en hanteringsavgift till fraktbolaget), eller att s\u00e4ljaren beh\u00f6vde registrera sig f\u00f6r moms i varje land f\u00f6r att ta ut moms i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g. IOSS ers\u00e4tter mycket av detta kr\u00e5ngel genom en enda kontaktpunkt f\u00f6r momsrapportering inom hela EU.
