K\u00e4rnan i Peppol \u00e4r att g\u00f6ra det enkelt och s\u00e4kert f\u00f6r f\u00f6retag och myndigheter att utbyta dessa dokument digitalt, direkt mellan sina system, oavsett var i v\u00e4rlden de befinner sig.     Peppol BIS Billing 3 (eller 3.0 som versionen ibland skrivs ut) \u00e4r namnet p\u00e5 just den standardiserade specifikationen \u2013 mallen kan man s\u00e4ga \u2013 f\u00f6r hur en elektronisk faktura (och kreditnota) ska se ut och struktureras n\u00e4r den skickas via Peppol-n\u00e4tverket. Det \u00e4r den h\u00e4r specifika standarden som g\u00e4ller idag.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    En viktig po\u00e4ng \u00e4r att Peppol BIS Billing 3 \u00e4r helt i linje med den europeiska standarden f\u00f6r e-fakturering, EN 16931. Man kan s\u00e4ga att Peppol BIS Billing 3 \u00e4r Peppols s\u00e4tt att implementera den europeiska standarden i praktiken inom sitt n\u00e4tverk. Den kallas tekniskt sett f\u00f6r en ”Core Invoice Usage Specification” (CIUS) av EN 16931, vilket betyder att den tar k\u00e4rnan i den europeiska standarden och l\u00e4gger till de specifika regler och anpassningar som beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r att fungera smidigt inom Peppol. Detta s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller att en faktura som f\u00f6ljer Peppol BIS Billing 3 automatiskt uppfyller de grundl\u00e4ggande kraven som st\u00e4lls inom hela EU.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Syftet med Peppol BIS Billing 3 \u00e4r, precis som med Peppol i stort, att underl\u00e4tta en effektiv och smidig implementering och anv\u00e4ndning av elektronisk fakturahantering. Genom att ha en gemensam, v\u00e4ldefinierad standard blir det enklare f\u00f6r system att ”prata” med varandra och utbyta fakturainformation automatiskt. Din AP tar sedan hand om att hitta r\u00e4tt v\u00e4g till mottagarens AP (h\u00f6rn 3) och leverera fakturan. Du beh\u00f6ver inte s\u00e4tta upp en separat koppling eller ett specialavtal med varje enskild kund du vill skicka e-faktura till, vilket var vanligt med \u00e4ldre system (s\u00e5 kallade 2-h\u00f6rnsmodeller). S\u00e5 l\u00e4nge b\u00e5de du och mottagaren \u00e4r anslutna till Peppol via varsin AP, kan ni kommunicera.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Accesspunkter (AP)<\/b> \u00e4r allts\u00e5 nyckeln till Peppol-n\u00e4tverket. De \u00e4r tj\u00e4nsteleverant\u00f6rer som \u00e4r certifierade att ansluta f\u00f6retag och organisationer till n\u00e4tverket. Det kan vara specialiserade EDI\/VAN-operat\u00f6rer, leverant\u00f6rer av ekonomisystem, eller andra mjukvaruf\u00f6retag. Som f\u00f6retag anlitar man oftast en s\u00e5dan leverant\u00f6r f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 tillg\u00e5ng till n\u00e4tverket.       Men hur hittar din AP r\u00e4tt mottagare bland alla tusentals anslutna parter? Det sker via Peppols inbyggda adressbokssystem. Varje mottagare i Peppol har ett unikt Peppol-ID, som fungerar som deras elektroniska adress i n\u00e4tverket. N\u00e4r din AP ska skicka en faktura, sl\u00e5r den automatiskt upp mottagarens Peppol-ID i ett centralt register (SML – Service Metadata Locator) som pekar vidare till ett lokalt register hos mottagarens AP-leverant\u00f6r (SMP – Service Metadata Publisher). I SMP-registret finns information om exakt vilken AP som tar emot dokument f\u00f6r det specifika Peppol-ID:t och vilka dokumenttyper (t.ex. Peppol BIS Billing 3) som mottagaren kan hantera. Hela denna uppslagning sker blixtsnabbt och automatiskt i bakgrunden \u2013 du beh\u00f6ver bara k\u00e4nna till mottagarens Peppol-ID. Denna dynamiska uppslagning \u00e4r en stor f\u00f6rdel j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med \u00e4ldre system d\u00e4r man ofta beh\u00f6vde manuellt konfigurera och underh\u00e5lla tekniska detaljer f\u00f6r varje handelspart.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
