k\u00f6parens risk f\u00f6r f\u00f6rlust eller skada under sj\u00f6transporten. F\u00f6rs\u00e4kringen ska motsvara <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l\u00e4gsta m\u00f6jliga skyddsniv\u00e5<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> enligt Institute Cargo Clauses (C) eller likv\u00e4rdiga villkor, om inte annat avtalats. style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> K\u00f6paren har ingen skyldighet att teckna f\u00f6rs\u00e4kring gentemot s\u00e4ljaren (eftersom s\u00e4ljaren g\u00f6r det), men m\u00e5ste tillhandah\u00e5lla information om s\u00e4ljaren beh\u00f6ver den f\u00f6r att teckna eventuell till\u00e4ggsf\u00f6rs\u00e4kring p\u00e5 k\u00f6parens beg\u00e4ran.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Transportdokument (B6):<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> K\u00f6paren ska acceptera det transportdokument som s\u00e4ljaren tillhandah\u00e5ller, f\u00f6rutsatt att det
